Here in So Cal we have fried Coke's. It's basically a funnel cake loaded up with Coke syrup and fried to fit into a cup. My husband has forbade me from trying one. But that's OK because I make up for it in fried Oreos.
The hell with it we all need some good fried junk on occassion. Makes me want to hightail it down

Fried Guacamole! Love that. Sounds delish. I have lived in TX for 26 years, and I have still never made it the to state fair - pitiful, I know! This definetly makes me think about a trip up there.
