Today was a monumental day at Casa Chaos the crib was disassembled to go to the "crib bone yard" John and I have been transitioning Sinclair the past few weeks to prepare her for her "Big girl bed" by the time she turns two in July. She walked in her room today and stood in front of her crib and said "bye-bye, crib! gone, please" she wanted it to leave in the worst way. We took it apart and she started jumping up and down clapping. This truly ends the "little baby" chapter in our lives. I swear it only seemed like last week we were installing her crib in preparation for her to come home from the hospital and literally moments ago she was pulling up in her crib. 
We have tea sets all over Casa Chaos - this child LOVES her tea party. We found this set hidden under her bed.
She has been sleeping on her mattress on the floor but with the crib officially retired the reality set in for her that she would not have to sleep in her iron cage any longer and the realization for me was my little baby was growing up faster than I hoped.
"Owl" has been working non-stop on "la petite Casa Chaos" it is coming along so nicely. A lot of the electric fixtures went in and the front door was installed. He works so fast!
